Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!!
I didn't get a chance to update my blog before Christmas, but I hope everyone had a great one! I know I sure did! I left Rexburg for four months until April and got home a week and a day ago. It was a little sad, but I am sure I will be back for school and the fun before I know it! It seems like every time it is time for me to leave I am pretty much ready! Well, this time I was pretty much past ready to go! I was excited to see family and just relax! This past semester was a tough one, so I think I deserve a nice little break! Haha! :)
Dad came out to Rexburg to drive across the country to bring me home and as usual-I had fun talking to him! He is always fun to be around! We both discovered that I have something from the Purser side of the family-I am not extremely talkative! It was pretty funny because we would talk for about an hour or so and then we would have complete silence for a good while! We laughed about it because he told me I had to come up with the conversation because I am younger! PSH!! I just went to sleep! Just kidding. No, it was a lot of fun and one thing you will learn about Dad is he does not like fast food, so even if we have to go ten miles away from the interstate-we will sit down and eat a decent meal! I sure wasn't complaining! I haven't eaten that good in a solid four months!
I was also excited to come home and see Mom, David, Timmy, and the rest of my family and friends! Mom had a hot meal on the table when we pulled in the driveway! I haven't had some yummy homecookin' in ages, so I was so dang excited! Needless to say-I think this is going to be a great break!
Today was my first day back to work. Nothing like starting back on a super busy day at Best Buy! Time went by pretty fast, but once I got off I sure did feel the pain in my feet from standing all day long! I don't think I have stood that long in a VERY long time!
I hope this wasn't too boring, but I don't have any pictures to post on this! Maybe I will put a peac
eful, happy picture on here!
Love you all and I hope all is well in y'alls lives!
